The first s19jpro I ordered had a bad control board. They communicated great with me an said they would refunded me 100% of what I paid. I took the chance and bought another one before the refund hit. I got the refund in a couple days. Delivery of new one was on time. Just got it going and it's working great. Thanks QIO TECH! Be sure to make sure the seller is QIO TECH cause there are sellers on here that have their name in the description but aren't the actual seller
