Yes. Adult size would be very tight, but with thin slim shoes I have worn them (size 11 man). Size adjusts no more than an inch width I'd say.

Q: Can you take the spark part out of it?

Yes, you can. But I wouldn't get this if your older then ten. I like the idea of the skates but they aren't as good as a regular pair of skates that you could customize with sparks on the brakes. That's what I did.

ABSOLUTELY, I am 41 and I had used them... lot of fun! So, a 13 years old kid should have a lot of fun as well.

Q: Do they come in a pack of 2?

It's a box with a pair of skates, yes. It also comes with attachable flints that can be worn to spark, but don't have to be on to use them.

Good Quality.

My daughter had trouble figuring out how to use these, but she really has not given them enough time. My rating is based on the fact that they are what they promised to be and appear to be made with fairly good quality materials.... Plastic but strong plastic. I don't know that they don't deserve more stars, I just haven't seen them in action yet....
