Why is this product so much more expensive? I purchased this same product for $20 and now it is more than double?

I am asking the same question! I'm also having a difficult time finding this tea in the stores in our area. Maybe the company is having distribution issues. I hope they are not going out of business or worse... I think it is the best mix on the market.

To make an iced chai, do you have to pour it into hot water and then ice or can you just stir it in ice in the first place?

I don't know how exactly it's supposed to be made but what I did was heated up water, added a scoop of the chai mix - stirred. Then I would pour it over ice and drink. Hope that helps!

Is this the original Vanilla Chair Latte mix, not the new one that comes in the lavender bags?

I did not know they were different. I know they just change the packaging to my knowledge. Just taste the same as all the other big train vanilla chai i have had
