If a new washer doesn't fix the leak, replace this part.
All other possibilities were exhausted so I replaced this part in my T&S Brass, B-0231. Without paperwork the biggest difficulty was identifying the correct model. A quick chat with T & S Brass and a picture of the faucet positively identified the faucet. (Gotta love a company like that!) After several futile washer replacements, replacing this part, did the trick. We are drip free.
