Best as kino tape can be
This tape is the only tape that stays on when I'm swimming. Lasts ages if correctly applied. Can be very fiddly though and takes getting used to. Though this applies to all kino tape.Few pointers-don't use straight after washing as skin needs to be bone dry and hairs need to be removed if too hairy. Also be careful not to overstretch as won't work. If using for any in bits like ankle or back make sure to press it in and don't stretch too much and then press on.

Didn't last a long run
I wasn't hoping it will last 7 days as advertised but at least 1 long run, but it came out after 3 hours... sad.

Love this tape and the tavel case is actually really useful.
I tried skimping and using the plain rock-tape but it simply lifted due to the environmental stressors on my feet (moisture, tension/pressure). The Rock Tape H20 stays put, doesn't irritate my skin, and then peels off pretty cleanly when I'm done. I didn't realise this product came with the travel case when I ordered it, but the shaped plastic containter has a slit through which the tape can be drawn which has actually proved so useful that I'm going to order another one (with case) when this one runs out. That way I'll have one for my sports bag and one for home. Highly recommended.
