Great PT After a Broken Wrist
I broke my wrist and bought this for home use after using the same one during my physical therapy sessions. It helped me ease into a really nice stretch. Early in my recovery I had trouble straightening my fingers while putting pressure on my hand so being able to stick my fingers through the holes was really helpful. The tension on this one is just right.

Very interesting gadget
You can do a lot of therapy and pre-hab with this device: pinches, extensions, flexions, twists— of the fingers and wrist. The problem is that is too pricey to get a whole range of resistance levels. I got the red medium. It is pretty easy for flexions, but too stiff for my extension training. I would like to get a super light one for finger extensions, but don’t relish buying another one.

Hand Therapy
Love this thing. Much easier to stretch my wrist with this than up against a wall.

Does the job
I use this on the advice of an occupational hand therapist. It's great for stretching your fingers and thumb backwards, giving more of a stretch than pushing on a wall or the floor. It's also great for a reverse wrist and forearm stretch if you push the back of your hand against it while bent at the wrist.

Excellent hand strengthener
So many exercises in one. Saw this at my PT office and had to get my own. Perfect resistance for what I need!
