Marie Sharp's Red Hornet LIMITED EDITION Trinidad Scorpion Hot Sauce

I got this to up my chilli game, as always I tried a tea spoon on its own to see how this sauce would be best applied. It has a nice taste but not the best; personally I won’t throw this on a burger or hotdog, but it’s awesome in dishes.This sauce is hot, it’s not unbearable but it has a nice heat in your mouth and throat.After trying I advised the mrs not to use it, she likes chilli heat but this is way beyond her level, and don’t let the kids use it 🤣

Nice sauce a lot hotter than Belizean heat , prefer the flavor on Belizean heat but red hornet provides way more heat

I’ve tried at least 20 different chilli sauces over the year, that aside I’m not a huge chilli head, I don’t think hotter is necessarily better, but this stuff is very hot and more importantly very tasty. Like most chilli sauces this isn’t pumped with sugar to make a ‘sauce’ consistency and taste, it’s more like a purée and comes out the bottle in this form, so It’s very manageable as small amounts of puree each time you pour some out, I use it sparingly, like a chicken buttee maybe 5-6 drops, a meat ball bolognaise maybe 10. This stuff tastes fantastic, very much recommended! I’m now going to try more Marie Sharp's products.

Let me start by saying I love my chilli but I like my heat with flavour, none of that extract junk. I've spent years finding the right hot sauce to keep on my shelf to reach for every time.....This is the one! I even keep one unopened in supply as i use the first up and wait for the next bottle to arrive lol. A few drops of this and you get instant, joyful heat with a lovely flavour and no bitterness. Be warned though, just a couple of drops over and you WILL regret it during and after the fact :P

I bought this sauce for my husband who is always looking for the hottest sauces. He said it isn't the hottest he's ever had but it's definitely got a kick and more importantly it has really good flavour rather than just heat

As always Marie Sharp's has delivered a belter of a sauce. You can taste the carrot, garlic and onion in the opening (delicious). Then the swarm of hornets gather to give your tongue a jolly good thrashing and it's all done naturally without all of those horrible extracts. Beware rookies, she's a hot one.
