Twisted XMen's 6" Work Oblique Toe Boot with CellSole comfort footbed

They are LIGHTWEIGHT! They don’t constrict you toes! They are ‘squishy’ comfortable day one! Those positives make them worth buying.They are similar to Red Wing CRV boots, in toe shape and comfort. But the Twisted X sole is softer and more grippy on concrete.When you need a safety toe boot for work. The stock insole is Ok. Better to put whatever aftermarket insole you are used to. No mass produced boot is ever perfect out of the box. They are new. So no review on longevity. They are glued/fused boot soles. So my indoor on concrete all day pair will most likely outlast your outdoor construction site pair.Until the PNW boot makers offer a Munson toe, wide toe box, in a safety toe. I am stuck buying these type of boots ever year or so.

True to size and very comfortable

I want to love these boots.Very comfortable, light, look good etc.Worn them almost every day for a couple months. The very few times they’ve gotten wet or damp the foam material holding the sole on comes off a little more. Water also seeps through foam in sole and soaks feet before you know it. Poor design for any genre of boot.For the money I might think we’d get a product that doesn’t fall apart especially from such a reputable brand.

The toe of these boots ripped out in a month of wearing them. It fell outside of the return window so can’t return them and can’t wear them. I don’t reccomend.

These run a touch big, my normal 13W was too long and 12W leaves very little room so a 12.5 would be about right. More importantly, the sole is separating from the leather after just less than 3 months light use (office and light industrial). The foam midsole also seems to be breaking down pretty quickly, but I'm also 275 so that may not be an issue for more folks of a more average weight. There's no arch support to speak of so I am using arch support insoles. Hoping they last until my JK boots arrive next month.

ONLY the distressed model has a safety toe , but this is very difficult to decide by the description….

Be aware, these are waterproof.Toe box is very roomy. But they are waterproof, which wasn't clearly indicated in the listing. If that meets your needs, that are worth a try. I just wish they offered a hot weather variant.
