Sorry for the poor quality photos but my phone was playing up, however you get the general idea of how this necklace looked when it arrived today. It was awful. For £29 I would have expected it to at least look like real silver even if it isn’t!(although it is supposed to be!) I tried polishing it with the provided cloth and it did clean up a bit but I didn’t do it all as I feel that I shouldn’t have to clean it myself as soon as it arrives. This was intended as a Mother’s Day gift. I am so glad I ordered it early enough so that I have time to get a refund and buy something different. I am really disappointed with this and would give 0 stars if I could!
