On the small side.
These give good support and they seem to be good. I haven’t yet wash them. However, I have ladies small to medium sized hands and they only just fit. No way are they large.

this is an ok wrist support with thumb support quality of material is good, but its too tight for me, good value though as you get 4, check size before buy.

Ce que j'en pense
Je souffre de rhizarthrose et d'une ancienne fracture au poignet (découverte par hasard en explorant mes douleurs par IRM) avec remaniement osseux. Ce produit est un bon compromis entre une vraie attelle (mais qui ne permet pas de tout faire), et quelque chose qui fait que vous rappeler que vous devez faire attention sans réellement vous protéger. Je l'ai gardé tout le week-end (déplacement sportif) et j'ai apprécié face au froid et l'humidité ambiante
