A nice surprise... and better than expected.
Originally I thought I was just buying a charging hub, but it's more than that. I had looked at the DJI hub and couldn't justify the cost. Then I found this Smatree Charging Hub for the Phantom 4/4 Pro and jumped on it. Was only $24.99 with the coupon applied. I would have been fine with the normal cost to be honest. When the package arrived I noticed right away you can charge your other devices off of it using the built-in USB port. While traveling I don't always have a lot of outlets available to charge all my cameras and devices. Having this extra USB port is really handy. PLUS, you can charge your device/phone using your DJI power cord, or using power from the Phantom 4 battery. Super cool!As for the charging hub itself, construction is nice and they even include a ring of double-sided tape on the back so you can stick it to a wall, the side of your desk, etc. Nice feature. The charger worked as you might expect. I plugged all 3 batteries in, walked away, and when I returned an hour or so later they were all charged up.I found it useful to plug each batter in one at a time, starting with the charge port/channel closest to the charge cord. Let each batter get going before plugging the next one in.Last I just have to say that, especially when traveling, I don't have time to charge one batter at a time, and I certainly don't want to wake up through the night to unplug and plug in the next battery. This hub fixed that issue. Go to bed... wake up... all charged... hit the road! :-)I made a video with a couple tips.

Must have
If you have more than one battery this is definitely a must-have. This is a great multi charger especially for the price. This still relies on the factory charger for Power. With that in mind it can not charge 3 batteries in the time that it should take to charge one just because three are plugged in. This will however alleviate your need to set there and watch while it charges all three so you can swap in between. The smart batteries may cause some weird charging patterns as well. For example if you get one battery charging and not the others that is not the fault of the charger but rather the fault of the batteries. The lowest battery will charge first until it reaches the charge level of the next battery. If they are all equally discharged they may all charge immediately as well but this is normal. The battery has overcharge protection and temperature protection as well. If you have just flown it and it is too warm you will get a rapid flash on one end of the four LED on the battery. If the battery is too cold you will get a quick flash on the other end. And both of those situations it will not charge until a neutral temperature is achieved.

Great Product!
This charger is IT if you want a charger that will load up the juice into 3 DJI Phantom 4 batteries and controller. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!!! It also has a USB plug that allows you to charge your goggles or smart phone or iPad or whatever (just one at a time, of course unless you use a multipronged USB hub - I haven't tried that yet, but I may well do so) at the same time!I used the PENIVO 4 in 1 Multi-battery Charger, 3pcs Batteries + Remote Controller Parallel Balance Charging device before and it's a piece of junk. The circuits inside the thing weren't properly connected, so most of the time none to one or two batteries at best would charge at the same time and even then, I had to fiddle with the cables to get the green lights showing that it was charging appeared (or lit up red). DON'T BUY ANYTHING LIKE IT!At $19.99 the price is great for a product that works. There are look-alike docks costing up to $100 displayed on Amazon, I've seen, but why waste so much money money on them? I sincerely doubt they can deliver anything this charger isn't able to do.

Works very well

Works Great - I Use Frequently - Works With P4 & P4P High Capacity Batteries
Great product, affordable and efficient! I charge both P4 and P4P High Capacity batteries, mix and match, and it works great. I am a real estate photographer and FAA licensed drone pilot, and I am typically charging multiple batteries a day. This cost effective charger works perfectly. I don't have to babysit the process and switch one out at a time. I can put three on with the confidence that they will be charged as needed. I think it charges in order of most to least, maybe it's the opposite... whatever it is, I put them on and they all get charged eventually. They don't charge simultaneously. I know some people complain about that, but it's still quick and efficient.

I can charge 3 batteries at a time
So while many of you are charging one at a time, I do three. How? I use a YZ 3 battery charger, take 1 of the 3 feeds and connect it to the hub. I have 6 batteries and two hubs. All the batteries light up in charge mode. But why you ask do you use the hub if you already have a 3 battery charger? It's also a nice stand, I can easily disconnect the charge cable, instead of disconnecting 6 cables. I couldn't see if they were connected before and yanked them cord connected - awkward. I used some fabric Sobo glue to glue the two hubs down so I can pull the batteries out easily. It Just works better for me this way. When the batteries are done charging (lights out) I unplug the power connector from the hubs. I also have a 3rd hub for on the road, I go to remote locations and why not use a battery to charge your iphone instead of taking a power bank? Weight is everything these days and since you have to carry the batteries with you on the plane (not underneath the plane) these days, why not keep it light?

Does not charge Phantom 4 "PRO" Batteries.
It says it will charge Phantom 4 "Pro" and it does not! The P4P battery is very hard to get in and the charger does not charge it. The lights start to blink, however does not charge it. I have read many others have had the same problem. Why will it not charge P4P batteries, though it is advertised it does? I tried 4 different P4P batteries.

Close, but not perfect
Wanted to gang charge my Phantom 4 batteries. Serial charging wasn't a problem, but I don't like charging inside the house, so having the charger auto switch without manual intervention was important. On the plus side, this charger does appear to do serial charging with no problem. On the minus side, the LED on the charger does not do anything other than glow red when powered by the P4 adapter. They instructions say it will change to green when all batteries are charged. Not a big problem as the battery LEDs go dark when they are charged.I don't need and don't use the charger discharge function.More of a problem: The charger does not seem to physically accept third party batteries. My original DJI batteries fit fine, but my PowerExtra high capacity battery does not physically fit in any of the charger slots. Something in the battery connector is slightly different. Very strange as the DJI charger works with it just fine and the battery fits my P4 just fine. You'd think a third party charger would work with a third party battery.
