This drone is a great value for the price point. I was interested in having a drone but not interested in spending a thousand dollars for a pro model. So, I ordered what I thought would be a good intro to drones, and clearly made a good decision. This drone is easy to set up and easy to get started. The down side for me, personally, is that it takes a little hand/eye coordination and an adventerous mentality. I have the latter but not so much the former. Regardless of my personal learning curve, it has been so much fun practicing. It's a rugged and smart device and relates well with my iPhone 13 mini smartphone. I'm blown away by the videos and pics that I have taken with this drone, with such high quality. It's exhilarating flying, and even talking about my 'flights' gets my heart racing. So, here's the icing on the cake: I'm flying the thing and I hadn't realize that one of the blades was severed during one of my numerous crashes, which by the way are getting fewer and fewer. The drone was taking a weird path towards trees and a brook and, of course, I panicked and steered the wrong way, even more towards the trees. The drone got caught up in branches, stalled and descended to the ground, right into a shallow brook that runs on my property line. Unfortunately, it landed in about 5 inches of water, which although easily retreivable, ultimately ruined parts of the drone's electronics and killed the battery. I called Bwine's support number and simply wanted to know the most economical way to get back up and running again from my own stupid sequence of events. They asked me to send a video of what damage had been done to the drone. Essentially, only two of the propellers worked after my accident. I sent them a video of the semi-lame drone trying to achieve lift-off, and without further ado, they said they were going to send me a "bare drone" (meaning no peripherals, blades, batteries, bag, etc). What I received was much more than a bare drone and enough parts/accessories to get me up and running again. So, I continue my droning adventures! I absolutely love this "toy". I don't know if I'll elevate to the "pro" model and invest 5 times the cost of this one, and not sure that I would want to. This is a great little little investment that is generating hours of fun. My friends and neighbors are just as enthralled as I am with this little device, and actually think that I'm a good pilot! I swear, if you're thinking about getting into the 'droning life', this is a great jumping off point, because it's a great device and it's a great company to deal with, with awesome customer support. I totally agree with the other positive reports about the Bwine F7 Mini drone.

The media could not be loaded. Ok...so first thing is that the drone came very fast..Very fast shipping by the seller..when I looked at the case, I was like wow this is the nicest case I have ever seen...It looked like the case probably cost more than the drone...the case was that nice...I opened it up and found a drone that could fit in the palm of my hand...this is probably my tenth drone that I ever owned so I am a little experienced with them ...started off by pairing...paired right away in less than a minute... usually with other drones it takes an hour with the wifi connection...this one took less than a minute...so I started take off and it was windy...It was so windy that I thought the wind would crash the drone...nope...the sucker was strong...It took off right away and was fast....so fast that I couldnt belive it...I tested it under extreme conditions with lots of obstacles...it passed all the test...the flight was smooth and I could move the gimbal to my liking...I was so happy when I got this drone...I always dreamt about being a pilot but unfortunately life took it's twist and turns...now I can at leat say i have a drone that can fly better than a plane...so pros1) ease of use2) battery life...last atleast 50 minutes per charge3)seamless integration with the app...no wifi needed4) great video quality5) great flight controls- even in windy weather6) beautiful case7) extra parts included8)no need to register or get a license. I’ve been an avid drone owner/operator for years. When I came across this drone I knew I wanted to add it to my ever growing collection! I’ve spent a lot of time with this drone going over All the features it offers and have been Impressed with its performance. It’s Very Easy to Operate even if you’re new a drone operator/first time flyer. The Auto Hover feature is brilliant and takes all the stress and guess work out of your launch of the drone.The drone will stick/hold the altitude you’re flying making so you’re free to release the sticks on your RC(remote control)at this point! This drone features pretty much all the same options More Expensive drones offer except obstacle avoidance. As long as you’re familiar with the terrain you’re flying in, obstacle avoidance isn’t a big deal and def not a reason for me to pass on this drone!Battery life for me with this drone has been Great! There’s been several times I’ve actually been able to fly longer than the listed 25 minutes per battery. If it’s extremely windy outside and you’re zipping around doing a lot of high speed flying and up and down flying, sure the battery might not get a full 25 minutes of flight, that’s totally understandable and expected. I find the more I fly and drain my batteries, the more actual flight time I’m achieving! The first few flights I was getting 20 to 22 minutes. Now though after many flights, battery life has improved for me!This drone checks off all the boxes for me when it comes to a great drone with good features/options. BUT, what happens if/when I experience an issue with the drone….Having a drone that functions just as you’d hope it would and then some is one part, the other part of being happy with the drone purchase is Service After the Sale!! Customer service is Highly Important to me especially for what a Quality Drone like this one cost!I had approximately one week left prior to my 30 day return policy was set to expire. I had an issue pop up with the drone in this last week of return time! I went back and forth trying to figure out if I wanted to ship it back to Amazon or give Customer Service a shot at addressing the issue. I had read in several other reviews that customer service was good. Well it’s Not just “Good”, its PHENOMENAL! I emailed customer service late on a Saturday. I def didn’t expect a response back over the weekend and figured it would be mid week before I heard back, WRONG!! I received an email from Customer Service on Sunday(the very next day!!)Early Morning!!I want to Spotlight Customer Service Representatives “Smith” and “Joy”. Both corresponded with me via email several times and made me totally comfortable and at ease with contacting them instead of just shipping back the drone to Amazon. They addressed my issues and took everything over for me only wanting copies of my flight logs/records. They sent me links with detailed instructions on how to download those files and email them back to them. I’m as thrilled with Smith and Joy as I am with the drone itself! Both were Professional, Clear, and Concise with ALL correspondences to me! I also want to spotlight others with BWINE that work behind the scenes with logistics and technical support as both did great as well!I’m Very Happy with this drone as well as Customer Service! In my opinion, Customer Service is Equally as Important as the drone is! They took all the guess work out for me with the issue I was having being professional and fast with the entire process! This drone would make a good addition to anyones drone collection as well as to a brand new drone operator. It offers a ton of great features/options and equally Important, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Def Recommend a Purchase!
