Rust-Oleum Reflective Clear Spray Coating - 214944

Not as reflective

Didn't work on license plate.

So, I went and sprayed this product on several different items both metal and plastic. Then I went out after dark that night. Everything had dried. It had absolutely no reflective property at all. I took a flash photo of it and it still did not hide anything or reflect anything. This seller will not back their product. I have tried to get my money back. I also tried to return it before I sprayed it because the cans say it is semi-transparent, but the ad said it was transparent. It does leave a slightly oily film on whatever you spray it on that takes several hours to dry. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I highly suggest that you do not buy.

Doesn't block FLOCK cameras (indirect) as well as one would want. But it Will reflect direct light (headlights) well.

paint works but not as reflective as I expected

It adds a clear coat with reflective flakes. The picture shows a light coat on my motorbike helmet, one pic with flash other without. However, it did not last with handleling...Other reviews here think this thing will make a super shine with lights....this thing is basically spray on reflective tape or plastic reflectors but it barely does the job. I will not buy this again, howevere I Will prob try the "industrial" version of this next time if I can find it for less then 20bucks. I have edited my review several times the more I test it started with 5 stars, really should be at 2 stars but in reality it does add a reflective finish problably made for arts and craft. Not for helmets or mail boxes. Did one side heavy and one side light on my mailbox...could not notice the difference driving in at night. But if I take a picture with flash it does show the reflectiveness. This product is worthless for traffic safety but good for arts and craft or other projects. You should try the industrial version of this...its twice the price but maybe worth it.

Excellent coverage! Quality product as expected. Easy application. Great finish

painted my black mailbox with this . it looks white at night now . my mailbox gets hit 3 or more times every year maybe this will help.

Does not work as described. Reflection is too low.

Used this to spray over the registration plates on my cars , trucks and motorcycles . it is so reflective under standard flash photography , like in the case of say ......photo radar or red light camaras ...... the entire plate reflects with such intensity that the image in unreadable . Use this info as you please :)

100% work No more tickets 🎟️ Hoooooory I will drive as fast as I can 🥫 😍

I followed the instructions to the letter. Shook the hell out of the can as instructed, applied thin layers and all it did was make my number plates hazy but definitely not reflective.
