The Cup in the Bluey set came damaged in shipping.. how can I order just the cup?

If it arrived damaged you can exchange the set with Amazon or file a claim on the Zak website.

Does the water bottle come with a straw?

I didn't take too close of a look at the water bottle before I gave it as a gift. I think it did. I must stress that if you order this be prepared to have too return it. I'm not the only review that is reporting missing or broken parts.
