Magnificent difference in quality over others.
If you're like me, you probably have a collection of breadboards from various projects. Before I purchased this, I wasn't really sure that there was a big difference, they all seemed flimsy. That was until I saw a YouTube video from a guy who goes by InterlinkKnight. He cited this board as being a great value because of the quality. I decided to give it a shot even though these were about 20% higher in price. All I can say is that there is a huge difference in quality and this is definitely worth the money. Here's just some of the things that I liked: 1) The numbers actually line up with the pins 2) Print is crystal clear on the boards. 3) The sockets are secure and you feel like you can gently push on the jumper wire or component and that it feels like it's secure. With all the other breadboards I've used, when I inserted some resistors, I had to double up the leads to get them to fit properly, with this breadboard you don't have to do that. 4) The pin labels run in the same direction, they're not reversed on the other side. 5) It comes with an optional metal backplate that you can easily stick on. This is so important. Yes, I did pay more for this and now I'm mad at myself for not doing it sooner. I've thrown away so many other breadboards that just wear out. This feels like it will last a lot longer.

Great quaility item, for a fair price.
It is Feb. 2012 I ordered this breadboard two weeks ago and chose free shipping, I was in no hurry and it arrived exactly when Amazon said it would. The packaging was great the product was great and the metal back plates were a bonus, I ordered two of these, and who knows if I need another bread board it'll definitely be this one. This looks great clear and clean, visible circuitry, I am not going to keep it though. I ordered two of these and two of its little brother, I plan on giving these two to my old high school electronics teacher, these would be a great visual aid. When I was in the electronics course we didn't have these(Clear ones not breadboards)and I had never seen one, it's great cause you can hold it up to the light and see the circuitry (cause the foam on the back prevents complete transparency) My only complaints would be small, the foam on the back prevents the full effect, could have cased it in acrylic, and the connectors clipping multiple boards together or the buses to the rails are not as strong as the standard breadboard I use all the time. And the packaging was possibly to safe if there could be such a thing, but over all a great quality item, for a fair price.

Works as Expected, Great Value
This is your typical solderless breadboard. I received it and quickly put it to use on a robotics project for school. There were no problems with the product, and the fact that it uses transparent plastic will likely come in handy if I ever have any troubles with the board (to verify the connections inside the board). For the price, you can't do any better than this. If you don't like the transparency, I believe the company offers a white version for the same price. I have tested this thing at about 8.3V, 1.4A. The board handled that just fine, and the manufacturer claims it works up to 36V, 2A.

Its a Breadboard...
Nice breadboard, works perfectly fine for me. I got it because it being transparent seemed more interesting then the standard white ones. It seems well made, every spot I've used has worked without issues and I haven't seen any cross-shorting or loose wires. It is a lot less bland than a white one! I have no problem seeing it and getting the wires where I want them as another reviewer mentioned but it is nonetheless something to keep in mind as that would be annoying. I've used it under incandescent lighting, CFLs, and natural lighting without noticing much/any difference in its ease of viewing.

Best breadboard
The best breadboard for the money hands down. Jamecoโs is slightly better in hand but twice the price. None of the cheaper alternatives come close to either of these; theyโre usually hard to insert parts and have connections that bend out of place too easily. I have a few of the solid color option as well and prefer those.

Looks great, unusable.
Purchased this along with a smaller version of the same board. Other one works excellently, but this one is unusable. The contacts are so tight that even robust pins are bent trying to push them into the breadboard. Neither the smaller board from this seller and all other breadboards I've used have this issue. Unfortunately I can't use this as it is too tight a fit to get any components or 22awg solid core jumper wire in.

Looks cool, works well
Of all the solderless breadboards I use, these are my favorite. The clear plastic looks neat, but is also functional in that the bus connections are visible. The labelling is done in a contrasting color unlike the white boards which often have white raised labels. Two plus and minus busses run the length of the board making power connections convenient, especially if you're dealing with mixed 3v and 5v components. There's lots of room on this breadboard, so it's easier to lay the components out clearly; making it easier to transfer what you've learned to your soldered prototype.

For $8 delivered, cheaper than the "Shack" and just as good
When I don't need a single breadboard right away I'll shop online, because I can save a few dollars versus purchasing at local retail. Amazon Prime means free shipping for a number of products, and this falls into that category. A breadboard's a breadboard, after all. They are a commodity product and the cost should reflect commodity level pricing. $8 is fair and a good value for one piece. If you need more there are plenty of outlets online that sell with volume price breaks. I have had no problem reading the jumper locations on this board, and I have had no problems with bad connections. This product has met all of my expectations without exceeding them. Just one piece of advice - when lining up the metal backer plate that affixes to the dual-sided adhesive on the rear of the board, get it right the first time. The bond is strong and you only get one chance at placing it right - otherwise you have a misaligned backer plate with a few sticky areas exposed. Overall a great value, a good price, and fast shipping with Amazon Prime.

Quality breadboard
Based on a Youtuber who tested this breadboard and found this to be the best one he could find I bought four of these. Was not disappointed, they work well, haven't had a problem yet where some tie-points are hard to insert or too easy to insert. It also comes with information on what it's made out of (transparent ABS), the material of the metal inside (nickel-coated copper) which is very reassuring.

Surprisingly good
Surprisingly good connections, the transparent colour is annoying though, go for white.

A decent quality breadboard
The pin holes are a bit tight, but better than been slack like on some other boards I've had.
