I had mohs procedure on my nose. The tip of my nose where the grafting is isnt healing because of social distancing and mask wearing, will this help?

This rests against the nose and if it's hot out, my nose perspires because of the silicone. So, with that said, if you are supposed to keep the area dry, these may not be the best solution because the silicone does not breathe. Perhaps one of those plastic pieces designed to keep the mask off the face would help you.

Thinking about using these on a white water rafting trip and wondering whether they would blow around too much due to winds, or stay mostly in place?

I think they would be good for a rafting trip. I have worn them in wind and going fast on a bike without any displacement. It might depend on the glasses but they have several holes so you can make them tighter if needed. They kind of hug around the nose too, so they dont really flop around.

Can these get wet if I’m using them in the pool?

Yes, they are silicone, my husband wears his in the pool.
