I bought the 2.5cm pair, which gives me about 1.9cm of increase as all insoles will compress a bit when worn.The 2.5cm sits nicely inside most low top shoes and provides a nice boost. I have not worn these for long but they feel more well made and comfortable than other insoles I have owned.My only complaint about these insoles is that they are quite thin, in most shoes this will not be a problem but in some shoes there is a wee bit of a gap between the wall of the shoe and the insole.The insole is also at maximum length, a UK 8.5. It fits nicely inside my 9.5 trainers, though does slip back and forth a bit inside the shoe if not pressed down by the weight of the foot. I would therefore imagine that these insoles are probably not suitable for men with a shoe size of 10.5 or more.Overall a good product, will probably buy more.

they do the job of raising you up just over an inch, if you see that as necessary. ideal for attending meeting/wedding/ function but i wouldn't recommend that you walk around too much in them, they become uncomfortable and cannot be good long term for your legs or your back.

I tried other insoles to relieve the pain in my heels, but aren’t they all so expensive?! This is a good compromise, as inexpensive enough and it cushions your shoe in the heel part. And my feet are happier. This is my 2nd pair, and the plan is for me to get a pair for each of my pairs of shoes slow but sure. They seem not to wear and tear in spite of my long dog walks. Highly recommend.

The backs of your shoes don't grow with these so your heel is poking out. Really uncomfortable to wear....simply don't know why I bothered........I shall continue to be the size I am. Thanks but no thanks

Had these a couple of months and they are solid like concrete. They boost your height but they also have worn through to the rubber already, one of them has collapsed on one side so my foot is on an angle when walking, they also seem to draw in odour and now stink really bad, I don't have smelly feet and my shoes were fine before I put these in.

What a bargain you get for your money when you purchase these.My friend purchased some and wore them round my house . He showed me the difference with and without them in his shoes and I couldn't believe it.I thought they would be uncomfortable so he let me try them and again I was surprised by how amazing they felt. My height difference was amazing and made me fell more confident so I immediately ordered a pair.Well recommended and not just for the shorter folk but for people of all heights....👍👍👐

Very comfortable. The only thing is you have to cut the shape that suits your size.
