The higher temperature range is a very good feature than others in the market. I like hot tea and this one is the best for temperature.

I've had it over a year now and still works great. The locking top is an essential feature to prevent spilling if it tips over. Seemed to be a bit pricey at the time but since it's lasted and good features, is worth the extra money. Control panel buttons are not well made to work as instructed....no consistent feel or click to the "buttons". I can get it to work after fiddling with it...still works the same over a year later :))

This is my second one. It was challenging to figure out how it works, but once you know, it works well.Problem is, it rusts on the inside. Since I knew this, I bought the insurance. I bought this one almost year ago, I don’t use it as often as my old one. However, I don’t drink an acidic drink out of it.My last one corroded sooner, since I used to drink coffee.So my suggestion is, it’s worth buying, only if you buy the insurance.I just filed my claim. Let’s see what happens.

The product leaks constantly when tipped whether closed or open. Seems to leak around the place where you push the button to open it. The heating ability did keep my drink warm, although barely warm, I expected allot more. Also, the design of the lid and where you drink is obsoletely horrid! As if the leaking wasn't bad enough, the lid is always there in the way of you drinking and getting your drink on your face. I can't justify giving this anything over a 1 star rating, though if it didn't leak I would give it 2 or 3. It needs a major redesign. Also note the capacity is quite small, the units battery etc uses up allot of the space, maybe almost half of the height.

Love this cup! Keeps my coffee hot through several cups! Have tried other heated coffee cups and NONE work as good as this one does. Would highly recommend.

Now that I finally figured out the directions which are thankfully on a sticker on the mug in both Chinese and a rather strange English, I love the heated mug and use it everyday, charging it overnight. I hope the rechargeable batteries will last for some time as they seem permanently attached to the mug. It seems to be not spilling in my backpack and the battery lasts all day. The 10oz size is the perfect size for me to last for many hours of drinking. It is much better than the Cauldryn mug that I tried out and returned because the battery only lasted 3 hrs and it had an enormous transformer on the charging cord. The interface of the product is very frustrating, you have to read the manual to learn how to raise and lower the temperature, they could have easily provided arrow buttons, instead you need to press the power for 2 seconds and then the settings button to go up, and then you have to click each time for every degree up. turn it on you need to press the power button three times repeatedly!! The product works well but we are going to return it because it is an agonizing experience just to warm a small drink. Also the product is tall but the water compartment is half the size.

This is a good product and I will NOT be returning it. However, the Amazon product description claimed it could heat liquids to 185 degrees Fahrenheit but when I tried to increase the temp beyond 150 degrees, the temp setting went back to the beginning (85 degrees). I can find no way to go beyond 150 degrees. Truth be told, 150 degrees Fahrenheit is sufficiently hot for me but I think 160 would have been even better but I will never know since it tops out at 150. For $90 the product is sufficiently good to keep but it could be improved to go beyond 150 degrees and have more than only 10 ounce capacity. I do not like ads that lie or I would have given it more than a 3 star rating.
