Q: What is the container made out of?

Its a plastic container with a plastic screw on lid. It has a tamper proof seal on top of the container.

Q: Is it normal for the container to have no label?

No, every product should have a label, no matter what. I'd request a new container with all the info you need.

Q: I accidentally used a metal spoon, is it all ruined ? I was making toothpaste but now I don’t want to continue. It didn’t touch it for too long.

Bentonite is chemically inert, so you are and will be completely fine if you use a normal metal spoon. Bentonite will attract positively charged particles, but that's not going to be on your spoon because the outside of the metal is covered in an oxide layer (electrically neutral) that will protect it. While bentonite clay is volcanic ash powder, it's not going to mechanically or chemically remove metal from the spoon unless you are somehow manually stirring your toothpaste at hundreds of RPM or are putting strong oxidizers (like lye or high concentrations of hydrogen peroxide) into your toothpaste. If you're using a stainless steel spoon, you're especially fine because even the cheap common grade of stainless steel is highly resistant to chemical attack at normal ambient temperatures. Baking soda in a homemade toothpaste solution at room temperature will do nothing to stainless steel, sterling silver, or nickel alloys that are used for silverware.
