these do not seal
I bought these because they were advertised as "heavy-duty" and the main objection to lids made in China was that they were too thin, These lids weren't too thin, but out of more than a dozen lids, only ONE made a proper seal. I've been canning for decades; I tried changing the headspace slightly, nothing worked. I'm returning my order to Amazon as defective.

Came in a timely manner when retail stores are touting the inability to obtain fresh supplies.
Could not get name brand supplies. However, I decided to take a chance on these and have the same ease of use and while it may have been more than I would normally give, the quality seems just as good and I was able to get them.

POOR QUALITY
Used to can plum butter. Half the batch had buckled lids. Had to reprocess using KERR LIDS.

These lids buckle while in the canner. I only had a few seal once buckled but I still don't trust the seal. I would not recommend wasting your money.

Lids Don't Seal
The one thing a canning lid is supposed to do is to SEAL. These discount lids did not do that. I have been canning for many years, and have always used standard Ball, Mason, Kerr lids. No problem. These lids did not seal, which is a really dangerous deficit. I have returned them and will never go off-brand again.
