Good for older devices
This is a great product. However with most newer iPhone and similar devices, this product will not work to charge and play music with your Volkswagen vehicle. The aux function works but I tried this adapter cable with a few Volkswagens, none worked. Tried with a few newer iPhones, didn’t work. Tried with an old iPhone 4 on a very old iOS, and it worked on all the test vehicles. Buyer beware of this.

I was very happy with product and great price
Awesome longer than i expected witch was a good thing now I can listen to my own music thru the aux and charge phone also with the built in usb port

Bad Quality - USB Not Charging
USB does not charge not does it carry data so you cannot use a stick or drive or mp3 player with the cable.
