So fun and simple, even a guy could do it
This hula hoop is so simple and fun. I'm a guy and doing sit-ups and strength/resistance training with machines for core at the gym gets a little redundant. I'm trying to find more creative and convenient ways to work out my core, hams & quads so my friend recommended me to try this out. Honestly I was never good at nor did I enjoy hula hooping when I was younger, but for some reason this weighted hula hoop got my attention and I really feel the burn after a few sets of 3 minute sessions. Instead of pushing my PR in weight I'm pushing my PR in time, which makes things much more interesting and motivating. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is trying to work on core and needs something that is quick, convenient, at home, and fun.

Highly Recommended!
This is my first hoolahoop since I was a kid & I love how it’s so easy to put it together and it comes with a bag and a jumprope with it. The weight is also perfect on my waist, not too heavy, not too light. The perfect balance that makes working out really fun!!

Doesn't go together like it should.
I was very excited about this product. I loved the package size and it was delivered quickly. However, I put all of the hula hoop pieces together but the last piece wont fit together. The bend is off somewhere and there is no way it is going together. I have literally tried everything I can think of. I went back and checked that all of the pieces were snapped together correctly and the pin was in the hole on each one. Something is defective or you need herculean strength to get that last piece in. Very disappointed.

Fun & easy core workout
Extremely easy and comprehensive self assembly, I like the ability to customize the weight by filling it with some beans or rice due to the hollowness of the hoop. It’s very comfortable on the hips and waist with the padding. Great core and cardio workout!

Love my hulavate hula hoop! The quality is amazing and it’s easy and fast to assemble! Im a stay home mom, with my hulavate I’m able to get a great workout in anytime and anywhere I need it! My 7 year old is an athlete and he loves it himself!Can’t wait to see my results in a few weeks

Hula hoop your way to bruises
The seller was fabulous and the product was delivered very timely. I use the holy hoop last night for the first time for a total of 20 minutes. I woke up this morning with horrible bruises on the sides of my abdomen. I could feel some discomfort while using it but did not realize how bad it will be in the morning.. The padding needs to be greater! I’d like to add a photo but will not allow Amazon to have access to my camera roll, I can assure you the bruises are rather large
