Brickell Men's Beard Oil for Men, Natural and Organic Argan and Jojoba Oil to Strengthen and Soften Hair, 1 Ounce, Scented

I’ve been using Brickell anti-aging creams, lotions and haircare products for sometime now. They are not the cheapest brand on the market, but like most things in life you get what you pay for. Their products are made with high quality natural ingredients and they strive to use organic ingredients when possible. So when I recently decided to grow my beard out I had to give their beard oil a try.... After receiving the oil (leak free!) I immediately opened the container and noticed the masculine yet subtle smell. I worked a few drops into my beard and was hooked. I use the oil twice a day - at night and in the morning. It never feels greasy and my beard never feels weighed down. It has completely eliminated my beard itch, leaves my beard soft and helps moisturize the skin under my beard. My only complaint is that since it is lightweight it does not weigh down straggling hairs. This can be easily fixed by applying a SMALL amount of pomade (I use Brickell’s ... big surprise) after you use the oil in the morning.

For reference, my beard is medium length - I use about four drops of the oil per application. I love the smell as well as the ingredients. I previously used a pretty cheap beard oil from a drug store, but decided to try the beard oil from Brickell to see if it would help with itchiness. After just 2 days, almost all of my itching is gone! The oil is great for moisturizing your beard and the skin underneath. Previously, my beard was very hard and tough, but after using the Brickell beard oil, I can run a brush or comb through and not feel like my beard is getting tugged. I'm a guy with pretty sensitive skin, so I am careful with the products I purchase. This beard oil is great and actually reduced a lot of the redness around the edges of my beard. Definitely recommend this! The price is great and the amount of oil they give is pretty standard.

I have a slightly longer beard (about down to my collarbone) and it’s very thick and wavy. It takes a lot of upkeep so I’ve used A LOT of beard oil / products. I would rank this one close to the top. It had a fairly strong lavender essential oil type smell in the bottle, but once I spread it in my beard it quickly transitioned to a tea tree smell. Very natural, very earthy. If you’ve ever used other Brickell products you know what I’m talking about. The smell wasn’t my favorite but it dissipates in the beard pretty quickly which I like. The consistency is on the thicker end of what I used. It feels substantial and not watery, which in experience seems to indicate high quality carrier oils. As for performance, it did a surprisingly good job. I have to blow dry and use a heated brush on my beard everyday to combat the insane waves it has. This kept the rogue hairs in check probably better than any other oils I’ve used. Typically I’ll use a balm after oil to do that, but it isn’t as necessary with this. As for softness, I’d say it’s in my top 2. Its soft and smooth just not quite as soft as my go to. But it has better control and thickening effects so it’s not a bad trade off. The price is on the higher end of what I like to pay but again, it does have high quality ingredients. I’ve learned you definitely get what you pay for with beard oils. It recommends 2-3 drops but I at least double that. But thats normal for me. With my beard thickness and using heat, it needs more to properly moisturize. I did notice it’s 1oz but the bottle its noticeably smaller (height and diameter) than 2 other beard oils I have that are 1oz tinctures. Doesn’t mean they’re not all using 1oz of liquid, it just caught me by surprise.

This beard oil is great! Like many men, I have been growing my 'rona beard, but have nearly shaved it because of the dreaded beard itch. I bought some other (read: cheaper) beard oils, but they didn't seem to make much of a difference. Having used Brickell products int he past, I thought I would give them a try - it has been a game changer. Easy to apply, the scent is great and uses all natural ingredients, most important - the beard itch is gone! Massaging this into my beard regularly has cured my beard itch. Even better - my wife loves the scent.

I order Brickell Men’s Beard Oil once every 40 or so days. It has become a part of my morning ritual that includes facial and beard care. I’ve gotten compliments on the shine and length of my beard. I credit both to this oil. Not only does it shine my beard but it massages the skin underneath resulting in a clean look. I used to suffer from ingrown hairs until I began using this product. Is this the cheapest and best beard oil in the world? Nah. But does it smell great and make your skin feel silky silky smooth? Yea pretty much. It’s not rocket science; you have a beard/stubble/have facial hair which covers your skin. You need to moisturize the skin to keep from flaky/itchy crap happening and to soften your bristles and help train a good growth on your beard. Brickell consistently uses “cleaner” ingredients which is why you’re paying premium than stuff you’d get from Target. Tough with pictures to show any improvement but first pic is without using the oil for a few days (notice some bumps, redness) and other pic is a few days of shaving and using the oil 2x a day.

Honestly I always figured that my facial hair would just be scratchy forever, but holy crap does beard oil make it so much more tolerable. I’ve even gotten compliments on how much better groomed I’ve become haha. It’s got such a subtle scent too. I haven’t tried other beard oils before, so I can’t make any great comparisons, but I trust Brickells ingredients and processes.

Pretty darn good. The beard oil works just as intended to moisturize and control my beard. It smells quite good and although the bottle is small very little goes a very long way. If you're looking for a solid solution to beard maintenance then this is great option.

Habe es jetzt seit 3 Wochen täglich 1-2 mal benutzt und bin bis jetzt sehr zufrieden. Es riecht zwar nicht sehr „ Männlich“ aber es hat nunmal auch nur natürliche Inhaltsstoffe. Mein Bart fühlt sich in letzter Zeit um einiges gesünder und weicher an.
