Do these work for smith and wesson mp shield 380 ez?

As long as your weapon is a standard .380 it should be fine.

Do these work with a Taurus Spectrum 380?

They are just like actual .380 rounds as far as size/shape, so there's no reason they shouldn't work in any .380 handgun. These rounds are much lighter than actual rounds, but that shouldn't be an issue.

Will this work in a Sig P230 for training purposes? Loading, unloading, safety demo, etc?

I run these in a Springfield 911, .380 so I don't know why they wouldn't. if you are doing a demo, just get a blue gun b/c you don't want to demo with functioning firearms regardless if you are using dummy rounds or not if you can at all help it.
