Can I use the 3 inch window pads on my 6 inch buffer

I purchased a 3 inch semi flexible backing pad with velcro for mine. I don't think you would want to try this on a 6 inch pad. You need to get a new backing pad. I looked at what type of threaded mount was on my orbital buffer. Then I searched and searched before I found the 3 inch mount I needed. What setting do you use when working with a dual action polisher? ... setting 1? or setting 2?

Anywhere between 1 and 2 on a DA polisher will work.

Do these pads have a velcro backing?

No, they have Velcro LOOPS backing that holds them to the 3" buffing wheel which has the Velcro HOOKS that you can find on Amazon @ http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001MT0X78/ref=oh_details_o05_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Can I use this with Pro Clean water spot remover?

This is not a soft pad. It is not made or designed to be used on a soft surface such as paint. This is used strictly on glass w/chemicals, polishes, cleaners designed to take imperfections, dirt, grime, road grit from glass. Hope this helps, good luck.
