Q: Do the pics accurately show the texture?

The texture in the photos is accurate.

Q: Want to use in car interior, will it withstand a hot Florida car?

I was not satisfied at all...it came shipped rolled up tight...thus leaving a wrinkled place - got a refund since it wouldn’t lay but, I wanted the item to work not just get a free patch!!!

Q: can we get this shipped rolled and not folded to eliminate the fold creases....?

My particular order arrived rolled in a cardboard tube although I've seen comments from other purchasers indicating that their order came folded. You might want to contact the manufacturer/supplier regarding this matter.
