The Lighthouse Mystery (The Boxcar Children Mysteries)

My daughter really liked this book in the series, because she solved the mystery before the Alden kids. It also has a great theme of helping others.

Purchased these for my grandson and he loves them. I started him off with the 1st book and the next 4 so that he'd have some to read over the Christmas holidays last year. I got him the next 5 in the series for his birthday in March. The next 3 were purchased for him to read over the summer. I will be buying the next 5 in the series as part of his Christmas presents. I love that he reads (he's in 2nd grade) and his mom said these are first books he stays glued to when he starts one. My daughter loves these adventures

These books always get 5 stars I give books for good behaviour to my 10 year old daughter with ADHD and ASD. She started listening to them as audio books aged about 6 and they and others have turned her into a voracious bookworm. No sooner has she chosen which book to read and have it in her hands, she has her nose in it and is devouring every word. Then is reading them again to her teddy at bed time or to me and is asking for the next one.
