I had intramedullary rod surgery last year, from which I am still recovering, and undergoing physical therapy to be able to walk without my surgical boot. I have been in incredible pain, and very insteady in my sneakers, with tremendous heel and ankle pain, ( as I had the left ankle bone on my left ankle removed, my Achilles tendon cut, my tibia fused, and a rod inserted through my heel into my shin.)I wasn't expecting much from a simple insole, but once I put these in my shoes, I was blown away! Not only was the pain in the aforementioned areas significantly decreased, but the sole cools my foot, and feels like walking on a cloud!I will absolutely continue to buy this insole for as long as it exists, and I highly recommend it for anyone with foot issues or discomfort.

I noticed the soles of my daughter's volleyball shoes already were worn out after a half season of wear. These are noticeably thicker and offer more support. She says they give her more bounce.

These support my arch which takes the pressure off my heal eliminating my heal pain which is what I need. All the other raise my heal up but do not support my arch which still leaves me with heal pain due to bone spurs and Plantar fasciitis. Took a bit to get use to, but order several pairs every time I see them available as they work for me

I had very high hopes for these as they had the metatarsal support that I look for with a well supported arch. I find them too wide for the proper fit of my foot which causes discomfort for me.
