I love these knives. My son is a "knife snob" so I took them over to him to approve and he did! They maintain their edge. They feel great in my hand. He even commented that they felt good! I bought a magnetic wall mount for them and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

A beautiful knife set. The handles are so lovely. But---let's talk about the knives. I used the flat bladed chef knife to slice a tomato. I didn't have to apply any pressure-it went through the tomato like butter. Beautiful thin tomato slices with no effort. I am so happy to add these knives to my assortment of cooking tools!

Very well made and sharp / sturdy. The only reason I gave it **** is that they don't come with sheaths. I bought a boning knife previously and it had one.
