The pillow came in a decent package, and the product looked nice.I have had neck pain for the last 2months. I often put it on my back when I am reading in bed. It also feels very comfortable. Because it is elastic enough, press down to release the hand to be able to slowly spring back immediately.whether I'm back sleeping or side sleeping, and my whole body relaxes. I get fewer headaches, sounder sleep, and more hours sleeping without waking up. It's not too hard or too soft. It was a good investment.This pillow has helped to ease my pain and allow me to sleep so much better.

Great pillow! I had a memory foam pillow for years and it finally started to come apart. I bought this and love it! It has kept its shape,fits nice in the pillow case and helps with my neck issues. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a quality pillow.

For my neck, I have narrowing of the spine, so I use these types of pillows, they support my neck and head and are comfortable too! Much cheaper than BBB brick and mortar stores carry.

This is a flat pillow, it doesn’t have a cervical support. It is also very firm.

U may need a longer pillowcase for this. Works well.
