It's not one of those crazy cheap products advertising more "needles" than has been proven therapeutically useful, this is the correct count amd contains actual individual needles unlike those crazy pizza-cutter contraptions cluttering desertcart. I've used this multiple times in several sensitive places. Follow best practices and cleanliness (LOTS OF SANITIZING) and as amazing as it seems, it works. I've lifted deep stretch marks, brought them from purple to, well, normal but still a bit shiny (we take what wins we get) and firmed up mildly sagging skin. It's painful but it does actually work.
