TRIPPED Travel Gear Large Compression Packing Cubes 7-Piece Set for Travel

These compression cubes were a life saver during my two week trip to Italy. The variety of sizes made it easy to locate what I wanted. Besides the compression bags, there is an awesome shoe bag and waterproof bag - in case you bring a swimsuit or get wet shoes, you can throw them in the bag and roll it up to keep dirt or moisture away from your other clothing. A lifesaver! Fall means changing temperatures and these compression items helped me to pack MANY more items in my suitcase than I expected. I could pack a few sweaters more than I thought and still bring many lightweight t-shirts, shorts and skirts than I probably needed. It's always nice to have an extra shirt or two though - just for variety. Not only did these bags compress items and allow more to be packed, but it kept my skirts and dresses neatly rolled which prevented wrinkling! Not having to press dresses and skirts saved time and aggravation. The variety of sizes allowed me to organize my clothes and find them during travels. Pants and dresses went in the large rectangle, the smaller rectangles got short sleeved shirts, one got skirts, another underwear and socks, another sweaters. How did I ever pack without these? What really struck me was how organized my suitcases were throughout my trip. I could refold and replace items if they were still clean. It is so much easier to unzip a bag and find that exact shirt (which is NOT wrinkled either) than digging through a suitcase full of unfolded and disorganized clothes. I'll never forget these when I travel again! Best purchase of our trip!

This is my 1st foray into packing/compression cubes for travel. I'm a convert for sure. I bought these for an extended trip and I just tried the large, med & small sized cubes for a short trip. 1/ purchase these early... wait for a sale on them is what I did, then I purchased. Saved a lot since I bought 2 sets of the 7 pc set. 2/ Couple things to note: Do NOT over stuff these compression packing cubes! Why..? I want to keep mine in working order for many, many years to come! So, that means, IMO you do not want to stress the sewed seams of each compression cube. YES, they are very good quality zippers, so I did my homework before choosing this set. In my research I felt like a set that did NOT have any mesh portions on the packing cubes would hold up better and not get caught in the zipper or rip. Zipper quality IS important for longevity and lastly, NOT over packing them will keep the fabric they are made out of and the seams in tact for many years of use and vacations! 3/ I really DO think using a packing cube system helps you to pair down your packing items into much less than just throwing them into a suitcase loose. It forces your brain to begin with organization and thinking through your trip, plus the keeping like things, with like items. This.. AND of course, a packing list (I have a packing list pad of paper that I just check off as I go so I don't have to stress on "what am I missing?" on Amazon by a Co. called Knock Knock..the packing list pad of paper is called "PACK THIS!" Blue and white and It's GREAT and saved me so much time and anxiety before a trip or vacation/must have and have given sheets of it to friends. Takes away the anxiety of packing what you need and you leave at home what you do not need! EXPERIENCE with the 3 sizes of packing cubes I just tried out for 4 days: Lg, Med & Sm cubes: I'll suggest as you zip them up, use a finger underneath to keep any edges of fabric or clothing away from the zipper as you close it up. Do not over pack them because when you engage the compression zipper it might put too much stress on the cubes fabric and zipper seam... I want mine to last and this is how I'll handle that. That loop handle is very strong and made out of seatbelt weave so I could actually hang it from a cruise cabin wall using a strong magnetic hook on the wall for more space in storing my clothes etc. since cruise cabins will never have enough drawers IMO. I'm very happy with this Tripped set and super glad I bought 2 sets when they were on sale! The zipper quality is very high end. The print(s) are great. I do like that this set has no mesh, which IMO is great since I'll bet any mesh on another manuf. set is just waiting to break, rip or get caught in the zipper! Not the case with these packing cubes! Bottom line: Get them, you will not be sorry you did!! I'd buy them again. They also saved space in my luggage too.

Works great! I had never used compression packing cubes before and honestly wasn’t sure they would make much of a difference. I was totally wrong. These worked incredibly well. I managed to fit two weeks’ worth of clothing into a medium-sized suitcase with room to spare. What surprised me most was how much easier they made unpacking and repacking at each stop. Everything stayed organized, compact, and easy to access. I’m impressed with how they performed. These are well made with high quality zippers. Also light weight and won't add bulk or weight to your luggage.

Firstly, these are my second purchase of Tripped packing cubes. My first purchase was a pack of 2 medium and 2 smalls. I was impressed with the quality but wished the cubes were larger so this year I purchased the National Parks set which contained 2 large cubes. The large size is perfect for packing a few heavier items(hoodies, jeans, etc). I also fell in love with the graphic designs which are so, so fun. This set also includes a medium and small cube. I often pack the small cube into the Tripped day pack if I need a little extra space when flying. The day pack fits perfect under the seat but that's a separate review. The most important think is these cubes are really well made. I'm amazed by how much I can get into a pack. Even though the material is light, it's very durable and the strength of these zippers are amazing. They are a bit pricey but worth it. So why did I give 4 stars instead of 5? Well, the other three items in the pack seem just like extra's in which to increase the price. First, the shoe bag is nothing special and it's too small for most shoes other than sandals or flipflops. The laundry bag is ok but nothing special. The set I bought also included a TSA approved liquids bag but it was pretty much the same bag most travelers already have and you can definitely find better clear bags.

After a careful review and several previous purchases, I finally bought these bags and was so happy with them. They are well made and without defects. I love the individual designs on each bag that doNOT bleed out to the contents inside. Although the bags appear small, I was amazed at how much I could pack into each bag! You really need to be careful and weigh your luggage because you can easily pack too much causing you to be over you weigh limit. The handles on the bags were helpful lifting the bags out of the luggage. The bags did not slide around the luggage like plastic bags do, so they don’t get wrinkled. They also take up less room in your luggage. I did an experiment to see if clothes got wrinkled less by folding flat vs rolling: they both did not get wrinkled using these bags. I was very impressed with how neat it kept the clothes, how compact and wrinkle-free. It made traveling so much easier! Suggestions: I wish you could order more XL or XXL size. And I wish there was a place to label what the contents are inside the bag (I guess you remember the design). I highly recommend these bags.

I have purchased many different travel cubes over the years and these are by far my favorites. The only downside is the price. I do think they are expensive for what they are compared to others, but they work the best for me. I also like the designs as well.

They worked great for compression, separation and keeping things in order. Highly recommend a set with different colors or patterns.

just received it, no trips yet, but really like it. I chose gray/orange because i wanted it with mesh, to see what's inside. The material is very light with nice zippers. It feel as a good quality. It's also a great price for 7 varieties of cubes. I wish they offer mesh in lighter colors as well. I used Eagle Creek mesh for almost 20 years. These seem to be of as good quality as my old ones.

Fantastic can't believe how much difference these make to packing they are a bit on the expensive side but worth it can't wait to use them on my cruise in August

These worked out better than expected! Was a breeze packing before and after for a cruise. Enough pouches for everything I needed. Travellings for 7 days but plenty of room left. Space saving galore. Allowed to quickly find or re-arrange anything needed. Design of double zipper worked great. Also pretty and colorful. Material was sturdy as well as zippers. Definately recommend as a travel must have.

Can't wait to use them
