This is real . My dad always took c complex as a kid I always wondered . This stuff has me sleeping deep and as soon as in bed I am out and wake up refreshed and also good energy day time. I try to get all my supplemts from food but this along with Glucomasine keeps me active

Felt a huge difference in my energy and alertness after just the first day. The taste is not terrible considering it is a vitamin. Highly recommend trying it out. I will definitely be adding this to my regular morning routine of supplements from here on out.

I will not recommend to take this supplement in the morning. To me I made me hungry during the day. Better take it after dinner.

I ordered the Mega Energy Complex last week (June 19, 2025). I received my order the next day, Friday, June 20th. However, the expiration date on bottom of bottle is 12/09/2024!

Best supplement I know for B complex energy and needed vitamin supplements.

It tastes better than the current b complex I take and by converting the mg of vitamins I found it offers more without the added cost
