My order arrived promptly directly from the manufacturer. External and internal packaging was very nice. The quality of the shades is very good. They are very light and well finished. The size was manufactured perfectly to my order. The finish is clean and spotless. They work easily up and down as expected, smooth and not jittery. They allow some light thru - it's what I waned. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of this product. I installed them on the French door panels to my patio. The mounting brackets are attached with screws to the metal doors. I am getting ready to order more of the same for my morning room where I get a lot of sun from the West-side... I am not taking any stars off for this minor thing, but it would be a nice improvement if 2 small flat washers were included with the small bolt and the nut used to attach the snapping clamp to the mounting bracket. It's hard to properly tighten the small bolt and nut without washers on each side... just a suggestion. I used my own washers.

When you outside mount the mounting brackets are visible which detracts from the look. I have other shades that mount where the mounting is not visible so was not expecting this. If I had it to do over would not choose this vendor.

We can’t speak for the durability of the blind just yet (though it seems like it’s going to last a good long time), but the color is perfect, the glide up and down is a pleasure to handle and my husband said this was THE easiest blind he has ever installed. He was really happy with the product—and that’s hard to do.

Really, really disappointed in these. We spent several hundred dollars on these blinds because I have a hard time sleeping with all the light coming through our bedroom windows. There is no way to mount these flush together because the valence is bigger than the shade, so there are huge strips that are open and let tons of light in. The second picture is with the blinds completely closed AND curtains over all of them, and not even at peak daylight. They also don't roll up and down smoothly. The color is much deeper than appears online, which I also don't care for. Completely regretting this purchase. I could have gotten motorized shades for the same price, and they would have actually blocked light.Update: I have updated my original review to 3 stars from 1 star. The seller, after some argument, did refund the price of the blinds. However, they need to update their listing so other people don't experience the same scenario. Disappointing that I have to go elsewhere for blinds and wait several weeks again, but I am thankful that they at least did the right thing and issued a refund.

The search feature on Amazon is a joke. I specified Motorized blinds with Valance. It listed blinds that were cordless but not motorized. I went to a non Amazon store and just made a purchase of $15,000 worth of blinds that are motorized. This is about $250.00 per window and the search was easy.

I was a bit concerned ordering something that had to have exact measurements. The measuring instructions were very clear. Used the single clips without the brackets as it was for inside mounting. Don’t forget to measure the clip locations twice. Actually 3 times to get the exact spot to drilll the holes for the anchor plugs. There is a little wiggle room(space in screw hole in brackets, but best to tighten all brackets to top of inside window frame. One on end was not clicking in, so used needle nose pliers to pull the front lip of bracket out a little to align. All 4 brackets clicked in and shade is solidly mounted successful! Highly recommend!

Shades arrived as promised, well packaged. All 3 shades were defective, not up to the standards we expected. The edges were not cut well. We notified the company and they quickly responded. We sent photos of the shades. Quickly they replied very politely that they would send replacements and were very sorry for the inconvenience. The replacements arrived yesterday. Today they were hung and we could not be more pleased. The quality, look and ease of use are great. This company did a great job of making sure we were satisfied. We are very satisfied. A good company.

We bought new shades for our patio doors. These arrived, cut to the proper size and in good shape. All of the hardware was there. Mounting them was pretty easy with just a drill and screwdriver, and the mounting seems sturdy. They are a nice neutral gray with a bit of a rough pattern and they work well at blocking out light. The easy up, easy down mechanism seems to be working smoothly. We needed new shades. We got new shades, and they're very nice ones.
