Q: will this fit black and decker 20v cordless drill?

While they would fit I would not recommend using the smaller torque bits in your drill. I bought this for computer repair and the smaller bits would strip out or break easily.

Q: can these be used on non security torx screws? sizes are the same etc? or do security torx screws have the exact same shape as non security torx?

I believe that the only difference between "security" and "non-security" torx screws is that the "security" version of the screws has a stud in the middle of the hole to prevent the "non-security" torx bits from fitting. The "security" bits have a hole in the end that allows the bit to fit in the "security" screws. Otherwise they are the same.
