It’s entertaining but very loud. Volume control would make it better. I can only tolerate it for short periods but it does keep my kid’s attention.

I think us “adults” enjoying it more than the Grandbabies do!! Works as described and runs all over the house! Definitely doesn’t work as well on carpets but I expected that! Has TWO on settings…one for just on…click twice for music that actually isn’t as annoying or loud as most toys! I’ve seen some bad reviews but chose to try it anyway and I’m so happy I did! 3 year old LOVES it and 3month old even giggled at it(or her brothers happiness) the other day! We have HOURS of fun with it every visit! Treated appropriately and with the right expectations (it’s a toy not a ROOMBA-but uses similar technology). Definitely the best $13 I’ve spent in a LONG time! I’ve had it long enough that even if it broke tomorrow I’d order a new one!! I’d definitely try to find one that says rechargeable even though it’s been running for months on the same cpl of fresh Duracell batteries…A+++ in my book! We all LOVE this cute little crab!! However I’m reluctant to tell you to buy a different brand because of reviews and ours works so great!!My ONLY issue with this is I didn’t receive a charging option. Just went back and double checked myself…only reason I took off a star…

I got this for my little son for Christmas. The dog hates it, but I think it's hilarious!Fair warning, it is pretty loud and there's no volume control.The way it scuttles across the floor and avoids objects is so much fun to watch though.The baby in his walker is constantly trying to catch it, which is too cute.The dog watches from afar wearily.It does get stuck sometimes in weird places, but it's pretty rare as it's constantly moving.Also, when it starts dying, the music starts slowing down, so it's a good indicator to go rescue it from children and animals and put it down for its "quiet-time nap"...

My baby loves watching this crab! But it’s not a toy you can put down and let it go back and forth. The crab goes at angles so it’s all over the place. Annoying if you have anything in the area it will go under so be prepared to chase the crab more than the kid.Music…it plays a single tune without volume control. I would pay a little extra for more music and volume control. It’s either on or off.The claws have sensors that sense obstructions. Great idea! However they’re a bit high so when I attempted to corral it inside a rectangle of pool noodles they weren’t high enough for the sensors to see them 🤨.

My 2yo and 4mo love this. It walks around great like a real crab. The music is slightly annoying and you can’t lower volume. I’d still buy it again though if it broke because the kids love it so much.

Bought one for Christmas for our other Grandaughter and it was rechargeable with HDMI cord. Yet this one ran on disposable batteries.

It really was boring to adults .

Kiddo loved this for her birthday but her older siblings liked to pick it up and mess with it and jammed the legs or gears so it doesn’t really crawl as much anymore. But if you have a more gentle kid this is a very fun, musical, and interactive toy!
