Both me and my son have been working on them, and no complaints.

I got this for my 7 year old son, who has had trouble breaking boards at his belt tests. On the first day he could break the yellow one pretty easily. He was able to kick through the blue one, and eventually punch through it after we put on his padded sparring gloves. He is gaining confidence. I think the blue is equivalent to the force he needs at his board breaking challenge. I (his father) could do the red one easily, but almost broke my hand on the black one. That's what I get for trying something without training. Such a tight fit that it takes some finesse to put it back together.

I have broke you yellow and the red board a handful of time and they are already broken the bit where the two board slide together have snapped, very unhappy as these boards are so helpful when practicing
