dissect the pil for better results
Very Good effective ashwagandha I have seen in my life , For better results take in morning by dissecting pil instead of swallowing directly into stomach and adding powder in Milk or water

Shilajit and aswangandha
Good product, especially considering the price. I got both Ashwagandha and Shilajit for ₹1100, which feels like good value. After using them regularly for 1 month, I have noticed some changes, particularly in terms of daily energy levels and mood. Ashwagandha seems to be working well for me. However, I have some doubts regarding the Shilajit. While mixing it, I noticed that it leaves behind some impurities/residue, which raised concerns. This is my first time using Shilajit, so I don’t have a prior reference for comparison. I have been doing gym for the last 6 years, and I haven’t used any other new supplement alongside this, so it’s difficult to attribute the effects to one product alone. Still, I feel that the Shilajit does contain some impurities, at least in my experience. Overall, decent product for the price, but quality of Shilajit could be better. Thank you.

Great for deep & refreshing sleep.
Great supplement for help with sleep. Although I didn't experience any major help with stress levels, this supplement definitely helps with sleep - I really had some of the best sleep after starting this supplement. Didn't experience any negative side effects.
