Not terrible but could be a lot better
When it arrived, the box and packaging was beat up, the stand that he is on one of the pegs that goes into the stand was broken off inside of the stand,as well as there was excess plastic around the figure. The mouthpiece for the sword kept falling out, but a little bit of super glue and an exacto blade to touch it up and its functioning and looks good.

horrible packaging
when i was scrolling thru the reviews, a lot of them mentioned how horrible the packaging was. i thought i would get lucky/they were exaggerating. well safe to say and according to my title, they weren't and i didnt get lucky. the packaging was literally so bad. i initially got this for my sister's xmas gift and honestly, since this figure is so cheap i didnt expect much. the paint job can b better and the swords almost didnt fit also i didnt know how to assemble the aura stuff on his sword so i winged it. will be putting him in another box for better packaging since i literally cant wrap the box he came in. honestly if ur looking to get a figure i'd recommend an actual figure selling website/good smile bc their products r good and worth the price. other than that, the only redeeming quality is probably the details on his face and that's still a stretch. i'll upload a picture of the figure soon but i threw away the box because i couldnt bear to look at it a second longer.

Damaged box
Received item and the original box was damaged. Fortunately, the figure itself wasn't damaged. But the plastic that was holding the piece definitely took a toll. It was a Christmas gift and I had to give it as is, since I didn't want to risk not being able to not find another gift in time. Very frustrating and disappointing

Not bad but not great
The box was terrible and the box the gift was supposed to come in was underneath the action figure and one on the heads was broken so the sword wouldn’t fit in it but overall the action figure itself was good my brother was happy with it
