**Q: Is it good for cleaning floors ?**
A: Yes it is good for cleaning floors and other surfaces.

**Q: the seal on mine was broken, is this normal?**
A: No

**Q: Is it pet safe?**
A: As with all chemicals, I would advise caution when using this around animals, I use it diluted to swill the garden when my dog has done his business, without any problems, just use your common sense when using around animals. I'm very pleased with the product.

**Q: Is this a thick disinfectant that can be diluted?**
A: Not thick, can be slightly diluted for cleaning purposes, but leave and pore 'as' down toilet pan for a clean smell and for a germ free toilet pan.
