My partner has recently gone back to work after the various lockdowns and over the course of just a few weeks picked up numerous colds. Presumably, her immune system has weakened as the result of not having been exposed to any kinds of viruses for such a long time.As a result, I picked up this supplement that she can take with the hops it gives her immune system the daily 'boost' it needs to fight off infections. The recommended dosage is two capsules a day. With 60 capsules included in the convenient-to-store metal tub, this means you get 30 days worth. The capsules aren't small, but they are comfortable enough to swallow with water.The effectiveness of supplements is always hard to judge. You never really know whether they are working or you are responding to the placebo or just getting lucky (in terms of not getting ill, in this case). However, reading through the ingredients, there are plenty of vitamins with solid research behind them: Vitamin C, Zinc, Selenium, and Iron all have multiple research papers backing them as being useful in preventing illness.That said, were these the only ingredients, this tub would be very expensive. You can pick up immunity boosting supplements with the ingredients listed above much cheaper. Where PHD separates itself from other brands is with the inclusion of high quality, more premium ingredients for everyday health and more long-term disease prevention such as: Quercetin, Beta Glucans and Ginger Root Extract. Quercertin is an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory said to help with many things from fighting off cancer to reducing swelling, Beta Glucan is said to help combatvheart disease and high cholesterol, and Ginger Root Extract is good for the stomach and brain.Overall, this supplement seems to include all the ingredients you'd expect to find in an immunity booster in addition to plenty more to help with more general, long-term health.

This is a 30 day supply of a multi-nutrient immunity support supplement. The list of ingredients is good, containing various important vitamins and minerals such as vitamins C, D3, K2 MK7, Ginger root, and yeast beta-glucans.It’s difficult to assess the effectiveness of supplements (particularly those intended for the purpose of helping to maintain normal bodily function), especially with only 30 days of use, but I can say I haven't felt ill or unwell since I started taking these. Whether or not this is because of the supplements, I can’t be certain though.The supplement has a long shelf life (BBE July 2023 for the batch I received), is reasonably easy to swallow, is vegan friendly, and comes in a nice 100% recyclable metal tin. These are all good features. My only criticism would be that this seems a little expensive for a 30 day supply of a daily supplement.

This company really needs to spend some time reviewing its Amazon pages. Whilst the product I received was advertised as capsules, and indeed I received these, the main comparison table features the product in dissolvable form. This is likely to cause confusion to many when purchasing,In the recyclable and rather smart metal tin you get 60 capsules - so a 30 day supply. This makes the capsules expensive for Vitamin C with Quercetin, Beta Glucans and Ginger Root Extract which may boost the immune system. There are cheaper alternatives which contain much the same but cost less.Nor am I particularly impressed with the recyclable packaging when the tin itself is only 20 per cent full. A much smaller tin could have been used presumably saving on raw materials and shipping costs.Overall I feel these capsules are rather more expensive-image than substance.Three stars.

A very decent all-in-one multi-vitamin which is ideal if you don't like to take too many different supplements as each capsule packs quite a lot in in terms of the different very beneficial vitamins included here, with a particular focus on those that support boosting your immunity system - perfect for the current times we are living in. Although the 60 capsules are only actually 30 days worth at two capsules per day as the recommended dose this is still a very good price for a mulit-vitmain like this (especially at the current offer price), and especially one from PhD Nutrition which is a brand my partner and I have used a lot over the past year or two and value in terms of the quality of their supplements so would definitely recommend at this price.

The capsules are sealed in a screw top tin that is fully recyclable, there are 60 capsules and the daily dose is 2 capsules, the capsules contain some typical immunity support ingredients including ginger root extract and a few others that are not commonly found in this type of supplement, those include Quercetin and Beta Glucans, please do your research on the ingredients before purchasing, I have been taking 1 capsule per day as I also take other supplements throughout the day and I don’t want to overdo my Quercetin intake, overall I feel this is a good quality supplement but there are better and cheaper alternatives out there for immunity support, thank you.

It’s that this is the clearly marked vegan product both on the product page and on the container packaging. The container is a metal tin with a screw lid that can be recycled. You are getting 60 vegetarian capsules and if you stick to the recommended dosage of two daily then this will last you one month. The expiry date is around two years from the time of ordering so plenty of time to use. The mix of vitamins is excellent and it is nice to see that the vitamin D is from a vegan source. At £15 it is maybe not the cheapest supplement but it is good quality and I appreciate the fact that they make it clear that it is suitable for vegans.
