How does this shine? I heard a carnauba was can shine more, especially on dark color cars.

I have a black Lexus. I have never used carnauba on it. Meguiar's NXT has given the car a fantastic shine. People complement me on the shine. This is my 4th Lexus and I have used Meguiar's products on all of them

Can i apply when car has a little dust with out scratching paint?

No, very bad idea. You will scratch your paint and cause swirl marks by rubbing dirt across the paint. Meguiar's Quik Wax is only meant to be applied to clean car. Use a Quick Detailer to clean off any dust or light debris first if you feel the need to apply a spray wax without doing a full wash first. A Quick Detailer has more lubricity to safely remove contaminates, whereas a spray wax does not. Two very different products and uses.

I have an 08 Vette with light scratches from many hand washes. Would using M205 with a DA to remove scratches followed by NXT give good results?

Yes Use a light cutting pad with the 205 d/a polisher

Can this be used on metallic spray painted metal fixtures

Yes, as long as the paint is a shiny/glossy finish and not matte.

Oh my days this is actually insane, I’ve tested this on my mums car and it’s wonderful, I out water and it just falls right down in such a funny way, I’ve even tried it with other metallic items like coco cola and it’s still doing its job I highly recommend this item!
