This is a great brand of lithium orotate and they work especially well with my neurodivergent children to have a good night's sleep, paired with magnesium glycinate. My kids ask for their fizzy Tablets before bed every night!

These are legit. I order these for my family member with mental illness. At 5mg the person has to take 5 to 8 a day. The dissolving action is very pleasant and the flavor reminds them of Sprite. Too bad there isn't a higher dose available, but we signed up for a subscription and save even more so it's fine. They do arrive a little dusty but the pills all seem whole so that hasn't caused any issues with potency. Give it a shot, with your doctor's approval.

I've used this for a few days now and it's working I think a bit better than the previous brands I've used. If it continues, I'll raise this to five stars. For now, so far so good.

Didn't love them at first, but I was trying to dissolve them sublingually instead of supralingually, much better taste and dissolvability with the latter. Helps me a great deal with sleep and relaxation.

These taste good and are reasonably priced, I feel more relaxed and optimistic taking these, totally worth it. they taste like candy so you want to be careful storing them if someone in the family might eat a bunch of them at once.

Never again. I had a tiny piece of one tablet. Went out to eat at a restaurant and by the time I was seated, my mouth got really dry out of nowhere, suddenly everything seemed really quiet and odd, very “off”. I felt weird, got really hot and then began having a panic attack. The waitress came up to take our order and I was so mentally “out of it “ struggling with the panic attack I could barely think and hear her over the ringing in my ears. I was trembling so bad I had to tuck my hands under my legs to get through the rest of the evening. Maybe it works for other people, but whatever is in this is potent and it’s absolutely 100% not for me. Take caution.

I suffer from both depression and anxiety. Read about lithium orotate helping with both. My anxiety has gotten pretty bad lately to where I was having to take Xanax about 3 times a week for the past couple of months and didn’t want to have to go on antidepressants. I’ve been on those in the past for quite a few years. I am using other natural supplements as well but this has been the icing on the cake since I added this. It has been working for me so I believe I was lithium deficient. I take taurine, l theanine and magnesium along with the lithium in the morning and haven’t had to use any benzos at all this week. I feel more upbeat and my anxiety has calmed way down. This has been wonderful for me. So far I am only using one of these in the morning and it has been working awesome!
