Stands up to bleach very well

I live in Houston and the unfortunate fact about Houston is heat and humidity. Your going to get 6 months at minimum, so you have to learn to live with it and for that you need to address the mold problem. Hot/Humid areas not in direct sunlight are going to get mold, bleach is necessary to combat mold. I needed a sprayer that can stand up to 50% (paint) - 100% (brick) BLEACH. This works. I've also tried ZEP Professional Sprayer, started off good but didn't last a month. This review is specifically for the new (more expensive) version.
