T bar bolt. Can I get a t bar bolt? Our scooter did not come with one.

This scooter came assembled I just had to slide handle into locking system and adjust height no tools required

Would this scooter work well on a gravel driveway?

Can’t get the screw in the t handle to tighten any suggestions ?
