Pricey but really good. Take 1-3x a day.

We really appreciate the time released aspect. No tummy upset. I have loads of muscle cramping due to a medication I take and I need to take the full dosage daily. That's a lot to ask of my intestines, so 2 in the morning and 2 at night and I can sleep without all the cramps that pull me right out of bed to straighten a leg or step down on a foot. Puts me right in the middle of normal magnesium in labs. I wouldn't be without it.

This are the truth! Just me if you trying to build muscle and you train hard too. The best sleep and you feel so well rested and not groggily the next day.

The product is just what I wanted. This is a good quality product and I recommend it for others.

I started taking these based on the recommendation from a health specialist I'm seeing for chronic back problems. He suggested that taking this product would help reduce the muscle spams I've been experiencing for over a year, but so far I have not noticed any significant decrease in the spasms since I started taking the recommended daily dose (4 tablets) a month ago. I have noticed that I've been sleeping harder since I started taking these, and while some consider that a good thing, it's been making it harder for me to wake up to tend to my toddler during the nights she doesn't sleep well. Some additional notes: I have not had any discomfort with this product as compared to other magnesium products, so I would definitely recommend this product. Also, I started taking the recommended dose of 4 tablets a day all at once every morning. However, I have recently divided the dose into 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets at night with no noticeable difference as of yet in the 3 days I've done so.

This product was recommended by a friend, and I have to say she was right. Within two weeks it made all the difference for me. I was having chest pains when walking uphill, and they have completely dissipated since starting this product.

I have suffered from leg cramps since 1999, always in my upper thigh, in the front and inside of my thigh. I have tried every thing out there to help. Every home remedy and everything over the counter. Nothing worked. My cramps would be so bad that they would last for hours and hours only to return just as soon as I bent my leg. I would be like a zombie at work from being up all night. Then, my daughter told me she watched a video about magnesium so I was on the search. I came upon this product and thought "what the heck" I have tried everything else. I started out with just one each morning to see if it bothered my stomach. No issues. I have now been taking this for a couple of years and I rarely have a leg cramp but when I do it leaves so much faster and rarely is as intense as before. The dosage amount says 4 but I have been taking 2 and that works for me. I was amazed and will not be without it. I tried a cheaper brand and was miserable. This will always be my go to.

this is the best form of magnesium to take. there is also a fast release. easily absorbed by the body. Cramps in my hands, legs, and feet are pretty much a thing of the past.

My mother and I have been taking these for well over a year. I find that if I skip a few days of these my body tends to hurt a little more. It’s very difficult to know what’s actually working and what’s not, but because magnesium is such a necessary mineral for us to be healthy this is something I will carry on taking. This particular one I take during the day, in fact with my breakfast. The are other magnesium types which aid sleep, but this is not it. The daily recommended dosage is 4x times, however I only take one in the morning as I take another magnesium (by the same brand) which helps with sleep. Taking 4x tablets per day would make this a n expensive vitamin/mineral for me to take. Since I followed a healthy diet and take other supplements I only take 1x tablet per day.

This brand is by far the best. I've struggled with joint and nerve pain for years, and have tried hundreds of supplements. This Magnesium has really made a huge difference to my pain levels. Other forms of magnesium were helping with sleep, but not with the pain. I really think we need to get the word out that fibromyalgia and joint pain sufferers absolutely need to try this product! Thank you JIGSAW for making life livable again!
