Urban CoCoWomen's Vintage Elastic Waist A-Line Long Maxi Skirt

This skirt is not at all as it is shown. It is sloppy and looks like bits and pieces of leftover fabric triangles have been sewn together. Save you money!

I really didn't know what to expect, it was sort of an impulse buy. I had fears of it fitting weird because of the elastic waist, but it's just comfortable enough on me. I have a 23" waist and this is slightly larger so that it fits but isn't cutting in like so many elastic waistbands tend to do.The fabric is a sort of brushed faux suede(that's the best I can come up with, it's definitely a polyester of some kind). It's heavy enough for fall and winter but not too heavy to be bulky or uncomfortable. It flows nicely. There's a lining so it's not going to catch between my legs as I walk.Some reviews complained it wasn't a maxi, but I guess that depends on your height. I'm 5'1" and it falls just above my ankle, so from waist to hem, it's about 31".It arrived very quickly. Only took two days. I'm impressed and will see if this company has anything else I might want.

Surprisingly this skirt fit perfectly on my difficult to fit physique. I am 5'7" and 160 lbs of a stocky build from decades of athletics. I still hike for hours, every day in my retirement.The fabric texture is unique with the added plus of being lined. I have washed it in my washing machine using organic detergent as I always do. I always wash everything cold/cold. I gave this skirt an extra rinse to dispel residue. Therefore there is no residue in the tub. I hung it up to line dry. As such there is no damage to the fabric Dryers are very hard on fibers .I will buy this skirt in another colour.

I expected this to reach down to my ankles, but this is really a MIDI skirt. It reaches down below my knees and feels very comfortable -- but it should be advertised as a midi- instead of a maxi-skirt. Very nice though.

Clingswhen first opened. I would not recommend this skirt.. It would not hang but bunch and stuck to me. after gentle washing carefully. it still clung.. Then I used a drier sheet to reduce the cling in bunches now has puckers on the seemed, it probably be pressed out but want wash and wear and no puckers. I do not recommend the shirt and it runs smaller than size indicates.I am allergic to drier sheets..months later the shirt no longer clings and hangs nicely.

It’s very cute and better quality than I expected but I have a 27 inch waist 35 inch around my full hip and this kept falling down near crack territory thankfully I wore leggings under it!! A small should have fit or even fit tight but alas it’s too large I have to take it in which is a pain (imo) with the type of material and elastic waist band. If you run small skip this one.
