My initial assessment of this boot is great big yes, I love these. I just received them a few days ago, so I can't comment on durability, but they look solid, feel great and once I got my size figured out, fit like a glove. My first pair I ordered (13's) had me slipping at the heels, but when I got a seconded pair (12's) they fit perfect and it is hard for me to take them off. They just feel great! I have tender feet so I am always looking for comfortable shoes and living in the land of rain, (the state of Washington}, I am always looking for a product to stomp around in wet grass and mud. I'm on five acres of land and do a lot of tractor work and digging in the garden. Although I have used rubber knee boots for many years, as I get older I'm looking for something that protects me, while they are easy to put on and take off. These fit the bill, they even have a small rubber cleat on the heel which lets me slip them off, ultra quick. They had a little smell when I first wore them, but that quickly went away and here we are three days after purchase with barely any noticeable odor. Look, this is a good boot at half the price of so called name brands and they are built as well if not better than those high priced "name brands," and they look great. What else do you need to know. You want to be dumb and spend more, go right ahead, but the smart person is going to put these in the basket and save sixty or seventy bucks, now that works for me.

Decent boots could use more support
I’ve been using these boots for about three weeks now. They replaced a pair oh Hisea Chelsea mud boots that I had for about a year and loved so much that I couldn’t throw them away even after they developed holes that rendered them no longer waterproof. It was only when I wore out the soles to the point that I could see daylight though them that I ordered this pair. These fit a little tighter than my previous pair though they are still easy to get into and out of and feel comfortable though I wouldn’t want anything any smaller.I would like it if there was more padding under the heal on these boots. Overall the soles seem a bit thin and this can make them uncomfortable to stand in for long periods.Other than this one issue they really are decent boots with good traction, light weight and good to work in out in the field.

A bargin and very comfortable
The low price had me wondering but these shoes are great. Very comfortable and no issues so far. The soles are soft which is fine on grass or dirt but not so great on rocks. Slip on and off easily. I really like these shoes alot

Great alternative to heavy boots!
So I received my new Hisea garden boots today. Brown with camo trim at ankle. Perfect fit! I ignored the Amazon recommendation to buy a size based on my last boot purchase. Consider making your purchasing decision as if you were buying a pair of shoes. After all, you will be using them a lot. I thin I found my perfect pair of lawn mowing shoes. The lightweight design and cushioned insole make these a joy to walk around in. The boots feature a strap on the back that makes it easy to pull them on. The insole was a bit puzzling the first time I put my foot inside as it has a 3d textured surface and it tickled the arch of my foot. But after walking around awhile, I found it a very pleasant sensation. The rubber surface means the boots will be easy to clean off with water after mowing the lawn. Plus they will work great when I go down my zipline over my swampy backyard. Normally I would be wearing my heavy knee high boots but now I won't have to! Overall an excellent boot, err I mean shoe! You won't be disappointed.

Boots
Very sturdy, durable, fit well. I just slip my socked foot into in winter and spring. No water intrusion.

Broke the first time I tried to put them on.
There's a heel loop you grabbed to help pull them on because they're neoprene & rubber, your foot doesn't just magically slip into a short boot like they would Crocs. I didn't pull extremely hard but the loop on the left side ripped out from the inside of the seam. Didn't rip off completely but still not a good indicator of total quality. Never got to test these in mud or anything but I have a big dirt pile of a backyard due to fallen trees from hurricane Milton. And in Florida, it rains a lot. I have real rubber boots that are calf high but wanted shorter boots I can pop on and off when I have to run out in the yard without getting my feet on muddy. Thought the price was good and they had a lot of good reviews, but my experience was that they couldn't even make it a single boot pull. I will spend a little extra money on Dryshods now since I'd like these the last for years not days.

Pull tabs/straps pop off, too narrow.
Second time I put boot on one of the pull tabs stitching began to fail. Did some restitching with some super glue back up, all good. HISEA fix this tab weakness. The shoes fit great, snug with minimal slipping, great to walk in. You can feel the warmth. I have had these boots for less than a month we will see how they hold up and wear. Four stars, easy fix HISEA.Update: The pull tabs came off on both pair of boots. After wearing the boots for short sidewalk walks yo the mailbox, around the yard in snow/ice my feet began to hurt. Suspect the boot is too narrow or the shape inside just does not work for my feet. I am returning and will search for different style muck type boot. I did want these to work but sadly was not to be. Recommend you wear them to see how your feet react over time.
