A compilation of essays that seems trite. For anyone in the industry, this might be a fun read, but take aways are minimal. For a person who has no clue what is AI then this book is great getting one aquatinted.

Full of misrepresentations and oversimplifications. Lots of arm-waving generalizations based on one or few data points. Not worth your money if you’re paying to read; not worth your time if you’re reading for free. If you want something simple, short, and solid - just pay for Baden’s introductions and Machines that Think.You won’t get anything useful out of this book.

A good read for the novice.The content could have little more depth.Person who are well acquainted with AI may read just for fun.

I bought the book because I was made to believe it was a good tool for beginners, which is not.If you are not familiar with the topic(s) this book is useless. If you are, you get to know the author's view of many common believes that he deem are not necessarily correct
