Well built, seems to be good material EZUP doesn’t sell a replacement for Encore model and this is a perfect fit. Great price and quick shipping

The canopy fits a 10x10 frame snugly enough, however the top is poorly designed and will catch and pool any water that falls on it. A storm hit a recent festival and the water collected quickly and I had to run around every 30 seconds trying to jump up and push the water up and off the tent before it split its seams and burst. Terrible product. I can’t believe this is even sold here.

The product material and construction are good. It fits snugly on my Costco ProShade Frame. I generally leave my Canopy up all summer for the Grandkids protection from the Sun. I got 2 years out of the original cover and a year out of a cheaper replacement. Proshade wants $168 for their replacement cover. This seems like a good value.Note: I put the cover on then let it sit in the sun for a day or two before snugging up. It is a tight fit.

Velcro straps would not wrap around the corner legs of the frame, the canopy fit but was not easily secured....the posts of my frame look standard... about 1" squared... additionally I got sunburned laying under the canopy so even though there was shade it didn't reflect light away. This is an inferior product.

We got a blue canopy and then needed a white top for a market show- i wish i could get more side- but i am very pleased that this can be attached to similar sides. Has the velcro and the chunky zipper for attaching. Canopy top has velcro all the way around and D rings for securing. Very happy with this.

Bought this to replace my old and original canopy that came with my pop up gazebo 10’ x 10’, a bit tight to put on but after it’s up, the material seems to be good quality so I think that it will last much longer than my original one. The original lasted 2 summers.

The material is good quality but the canopy is a bit too small for the frame. It will probably stretch with use but it could be a couple of inches bigger so it doesn’t put quite as much strain on the frame.

The dimensions of the corner to corner is LESS than 118" so it really doesnt fit a true 10×10 canopy great. Material is rather thin so definitely only use as intended not for anything in wind or weather. The top seams are NOT centered so the peak mushroom cap of the tent will not line up.It will work in a pinch for sure, but not quality at all.

Obviously water proof but if not tied really well to the frame, water pool can be made at the edge of the cover. Better to have more Velcro tape ties along the frame to make it more tight. White colour looks good. Hope it is durable.
